NOTE: THIS PAGE IS FROM OUR OLD SITE, WHICH IS NO LONGER ACTIVE. PLEASE SEE THE POST BELOW, "SITE IS MOVING" FOR MORE INFORMATION:
We've created this site to bring awareness to a problem we feel needs attention: Low progesterone in pregnancy. We are hoping you will help us raise this awareness.
We are asking that all women who have had low progesterone problems which complicated a pregnancy and/or caused a miscarriage to e-mail us their stories. Our intention is to compile and document information on this growing problem. Our plan is to forward this information on to the appropriate medical and government authorities with the hope that they will encourage the needed additional research on this issue. In addition, we encourage all women to request progesterone tests as soon as they learn of their pregnancies, even before their first prenatal appointment. Many times a woman suffers multiple miscarriages before this testing is done, and we feel this is not only a tragedy, but an outrage! Working together, we feel we can make a difference.
Our personal stories are listed under About Us. This is an issue we are passionate about.
We've grown! We began Saving Babies Online with two stories (ours!) on November 15, 2003! Thank you for your support, and God bless!
We do NOT sell, promote or advocate the use of PROGESTERONE CREAM! We have used natural prescription progesterone during pregnancy as prescribed by our personal physicians. Please see our advice page for an explanation.
Disclaimer: We are not medical professionals. This website is for information purposes only and is not a prescription for your particular needs. Consult with your health care professional if in doubt or if you have questions. We do not try to overrule the advice of your health care professional and can only say that if you question your doctor, you need to get a second opinion.
Those of you who have visited our site at lowprogesteroneinpregnancy.com have no doubt noticed that we haven't been keeping it up. Life has kept us very busy these last couple of years. We are letting the site go, but have copied the important pages onto this blog. Our apologies to those of you who may have submitted stories that may not have been published.
